Marigold River Experience – Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy
I am unable to attend and want a refund
We offer a no-hassle money-back guarantee from when you book your experience. You may cancel for any reason, if for example, you changed your mind or are unable to attend. You will receive a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of the booking with the deduction of a £5 admin fee.
If you cancel within 48 hours, you will receive a 50% refund less a £5 admin fee.
I cannot attend and want to re-arrange?
If you give us more than 48 hours’ notice, then we will move your booking with no charge to another available date. If there are no slots available, then we will issue you a full refund less the admin fee of £5.00.
The weather is really bad on the day of my booking, or the river is in flood, what can we do? (Light rain showers do not classify as really bad weather)
We can rearrange your booking with no extra cost and find you an alternative slot within 30 days of your original booking. We will offer you a minimum of 5 different days at the same time as your original booking. If none of these dates are available to you then we will issue you a full refund less a £5 admin fee. If we are fully booked and we have no available slots within 30 days, then we will issue you a full refund with no admin fee. If it is just light showers, then we recommend you simply pack a raincoat and hat.
If we cancel your booking
We will give you a full refund with no admin fee. We will give you at least 48 hours’ notice prior to your arrival.
I want to add to my booking
We have limited availability, however if you contact us 48 hours before your booking, we may be able to amend your booking to add additional slots, but this is not guaranteed.
How long does a refund take?
We will aim to issue refunds within five working days.
I will be late for my booking; will I still be able to attend?
If you are late for your booking then you will be able to attend, however you will not be able to extend past your allocated time slot and therefore you will have a shorter experience. You cannot rearrange on the day as we have other bookings and we will require your area.
Can I book on the day?
You will not be able to book the River Experience on the day. This must be booked 48 hours prior to the date you want to attend.
Anything outside these terms and condition will be at our digression. We reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions stated above.
